Litter free Ring-Pulls...

Without doubt since their introduction in 1989 "Litter free Ring-Pulls" have made such a difference to a problem that disapeared unnoticed by most.

When I was a kid in the 70/80s parks were danger zones laced with discarded razor sharp ring pulls from drinks cans. Fallingover or going barefoot to the paddling pool could result in injury. The old ring-pulls littered all the streets and curbs in towns and cities, eventually ending up blocking-up drains and gutters. Teenagers also used the gases in the can to get high on as the concentrated gas was always released in the same place
