Best invention ever

Toothpaste- without toothpaste everyone would have rotten teeth and would be stinking out the entire planet. What would we be like without toothpaste? Suffering from gum disease, using false teeth and no one opening their mouths in fear of intoxicating their families (if they've managed to make a family that is)
